Get to Know Me
I’ll keep it simple: Cancer Survivor. Soccer Mom. Donut Mile Champion.
What’s your favorite book and why?
You expect me to pick? I try to read fifty books a year. I chronicle yearly my favorites – you can check out my recommendations on LinkedIn.
What energizes you and brings you excitement?
I love a good challenge. One of the biggest challenges I have undertaken is qualifying for the Boston Marathon less than a year after completing treatment for bone cancer in my leg.
If you didn’t have to sleep, what would you do with the extra time?
I honestly love to sleep. There’s nothing better than a solid afternoon nap. But if I had to forgo sleeping, I would probably do a lot more of my favorite things… traveling with my family, exercising, reading, and doing jigsaw puzzles
