Work Experience
In my role as the OCM Technology Adoption Lead, I specialize in guiding clients toward efficient technology adoption to drive desired business outcomes and maximize their return on technology investments. I bring experience in facilitating organizations through major technology transitions as well as business process transformations and organizational re-alignments.
My passion lies in bridging the gap between current state and future value by employing thoughtful and deliberate change management strategies. I am dedicated to ensuring that people are well-prepared to adopt new technologies and embrace new ways of working.

Living in the state of Colorado I am surrounded by beauty and enjoy many outdoor activities with my friends and family such as hiking, biking, camping and boating.
My husband and I share a love of music and we can often be found attending outdoor music concerts at the legendary Red Rocks Amphitheatre or kicking up our heels at a local country music dance hall.
What is the best trip I’ve ever taken?
An 11-day hiking trip in Peru with my husband and several friends. This trip is my favorite because of the breathtaking scenery of the Andes Mountains, the historical significance of Machu Picchu, and the architectural marvel of the Inca Trail, Machu Picchu and many other ruins connected by the trail. My favorite part of the trip was meeting with inspiring people who live in communities surrounding the Inca Trail.
