I have more than 20 years of experience with Fortune 100 companies in multiple industries including insurance, financial services, healthcare and retail. I have held diverse roles enabling strategic business initiatives, business unit transformation, organization redesign, talent management, leadership development and workforce integration and transition.

Get to Know Me
I love being with my family and helping them grow and pursue their interests. My wife and I have three amazing teenage daughters, each with their own unique talents, strengths and interests. I am active in their pursuits, whether it’s academic, sports or community.
In my free time, I love to play competitive tennis, snow ski and captain our family pontoon boat. Over the years, I have volunteered to support various central Ohio hunger relief efforts and served as the Human Resources Leader for my church.
What’s your hidden talent?
One of my hidden talents is dancing…it’s a bit embarrassing to admit but I still enjoy breakdancing even though my skills are a bit rusty compared to my high school years!
