Work Experience
I am currently the National People and Change Practice Lead and work in a variety of areas including: overall strategy, business development, practice management, delivery excellence and team oversight. I have more than 15 years of experience helping clients across multiple industries empower and enable their largest asset – their people – through large-scale change.
I’ve successfully led complex, global projects focused on change management, organization design, talent management, executive development and coaching, and transformation. I find passion in helping my clients find their best selves. Before finding a career in management consulting, I was a teacher and worked in investment banking.
Get to Know Me
I live in a western suburb of Chicago with my husband, Bill, my youngest son Brij and our beloved dog, Bella. My three older children, Keya, Milan and Nikhil are out in the world living their best lives. We are a family of foodies and love cooking together – we grilled an alligator for our latest grilling!
I am a proud native of North Carolina. I have a Bachelor of Arts in Biological Anthropology and Anatomy, Primatology and Sociology from Duke University and proudly bleed Duke blue.
What’s the best piece of advice you’ve been given?
The best advice I’ve received is to always keep perspective. Ask, “Does it really matter?” to remind yourself what is within the span of your own control. Don’t get upset or ruffled by changes you can’t control (including people), and focus on the solution that makes the most sense to keep moving forward.
Who inspires you and why?
I am inspired by my parents, John and Meg. Both came from very little and worked hard for everything they have during a time when those worlds didn’t usually collide.
