I am responsible for co-leading our Business Consulting practice in Cincinnati.
I have more than 15 years of experience in mergers & acquisitions, financial services, process improvement and strategy consulting.
After 8 years at PricewaterhouseCoopers in their Financial Services practice leading many of the nation’s largest banks through the acquisitions presented during the financial crisis and optimizing end to end processes through technology, I joined Centric in 2012.
Since joining Centric, I have primarily focused in optimizing processes in BPM for financial services clients along with large scale M&A in the merchant acquiring and payments industry.

What’s the best piece of advice you’ve been given?
You’re a smart person, if it doesn’t make sense, you have a question or can’t understand what is going on; ask it and dig in until you understand. Chances are others have the same questions and something can be improved.
What’s your favorite book and why?
The Goal by Eli Goldratt; it’s a very practical application and lesson in the Theory of Constraints which I personally feel can be applied to any project you’re working on and doesn’t limit itself to manufacturing environments.
What energizes you and brings you excitement?
Collaborating with a team to solve complex problems and laying out the framework and path to execution to achieve the potential results.
If you are not improving and winning, neither are we!
Centric offers the same type of services and solves complex problems like the big 4 but we will do it with you and not to you. We are vested in seeing your organization succeed and are in it for the long-term relationship. We want to see the improvements stick and want them to become your own. If you are not improving and winning, neither are we!
