Work Experience

Matt is a focused, results-oriented Sr. Manager with 10 years of management consulting experience working with the country’s largest and most strategic retail banks, GSEs, asset managers and merchant services to define and/or execute on their strategic vision to achieve business value.

He has spent majority of his career with the Big 4 focusing on process improvement/definition, data analytics, merger and acquisition, strategy and risk management for financial services clients. Matt has successfully led teams in delivering solutions and result-oriented approaches to solve his client’s most complex issues. Since being with Centric, he has been responsible for leading the BPM and BPI servicing offerings and Financial Services industry vertical at a local level. Having successfully implemented processes in BPM, he understands the importance of aligning business processes to strategic goals to technical requirements in order to realize the greatest business value.

Matt is regularly recognized as a leader on his projects and strives to become a trusted advisor to his clients.

Personal Statement

Matt is a graduate from the University of Dayton and is currently active on UD’s Operations Management Console helping lead and direct the OPS major. He just relocated to Cincinnati after spending 9 years in Chicago and is starting to get involved in the Cincy community. In his spare time he enjoys trying new restaurants with his wife, taking walks with their dog, playing tennis, water sports and down-hill skiing.
