Work Experience
As an inherent problem solver, I have become a versatile strategic advisor with extensive experience in all aspects of portfolio governance, project management, delivery excellence, and process re-engineering. Throughout my career, I have been highly effective in collaborating with both business and technology leaders at all organizational levels to understand their needs to effectively design and deliver solutions to their most challenging problems.
Known for being a creative thought leader and for driving change, I have gained valuable insights and developed comprehensive skills in leading and transforming PMOs and introducing innovative programs and project management practices. In addition, I have demonstrated proven success in handling the most challenging and complex projects and strategic initiatives.
As a Senior Manager and the PMO Capability Lead for Centric’s National EPPM Practice, I believe listening is key to creating the most effective and achievable solutions for our clients. Gaining clarity on strategic goals enables me to collaborate with teams to align portfolio and delivery practices to achieve the most valuable business outcomes for our clients.
Get To Know Me
I recently demonstrated my passion for consulting and helping people by volunteering my time to lead a small lake community in central Massachusetts through a strategic planning process. My efforts were instrumental in creating a new structure for the Board of Directors to manage all aspects of the community more effectively.
When I’m not helping clients, my husband and I keep busy traveling, playing pickleball, hiking and skiing. In addition, we love spending time with our family passionately cheering on our favorite Boston sports teams. I am also an avid reader and recently set a goal of reading 50 books in the next 12 months. Please let me know if you have a favorite book to add to my must-read list!
Who inspires you and why?
My Dad always seemed to find ways to help people whom others had overlooked. His simple acts of kindness ranged from buying someone a cup of coffee, inviting people to join our Thanksgiving dinners because they had nowhere else to go, and giving jobs to young adults who were struggling to make ends meet. His selflessness instilled in me the importance of service to others. He also taught me to keep my eyes open to see those most in need.
If I didn’t have to sleep, what would you do with the extra time?
There are two things I would like to do with the extra time. I would love to help build houses for Veterans or people in need. I also would like to write a novel. Both of these are on my bucket list, and I do hope to accomplish them in the future!
