Matt currently helps manage Centric’s Southern Ohio and Kentucky business unit. He has more than 16 years of information systems, operations improvement and project management experience. Matt has extensive experience in leading and working on teams with both IT and business professionals.
Matt has primarily focused on understanding business needs of companies and integrating them with information technology as well as working with clients to analyze and improve their business processes and supporting technology. He has implemented business process reengineering strategies and new operating and service models utilizing Six Sigma, Lean and other methodologies.
Matt initially began his career helping develop and implement large-scale customer systems in the utility industry for Accenture. He went on to join Centric in its first year and has helped grow Centric to where it is today.
Matt stays active in his community and church and helps coach his three kids’ soccer teams.
