Work Experience
I am responsible for Centric’s Organizational Change Management capability, which means I continuously enhance our change management approach and tools, ensure that we tailor our solutions to a client’s specific change challenges, and drive innovation and thought leadership in transformation and adoption.
I have over 25 years of experience in change and business transformation consulting, mostly with Fortune 500 clients in the pharmaceutical, energy and utilities, insurance, financial services, and manufacturing sectors. I have also worked with non-profit organizations and federal and state agencies.
I specialize in large-scale transformational change, particularly mergers, and acquisitions, organizational restructuring, divestitures, and leadership transitions. I combine my change experience with full-lifecycle human resources expertise.
Get to Know Me
While I currently live in Charlotte, North Carolina, I am Boston through and through. I am an obsessed Boston sports fan, I go home to see my family every chance I can get, and I daydream about retiring someday on Nantucket. I spent many years living in Arizona, and I am hiking my way through the US National Parks with 48 of the 63 conquered!
What’s the best advice I’ve ever ben given?
There is a quote from Theodore Roosevelt that has stuck with me for 30 years: Comparison is the thief of joy. I try daily to focus on what is good in my life and what makes me happy and fulfilled, rather than comparing myself to what others do, have, or accomplish. Those words have served me well in both my personal and professional life to be the best I can be.
What do I like to do for fun?
Five years ago, I pledged to learn something new every month. I have taken classes in cake decorating, flower arranging, photography, website design, Chinese cooking, raised bed gardening, dog training, and furniture refinishing. I love live music, so recently, I have learned to play the drums (my neighbors don’t like me), and currently, I am taking online folk guitar classes.
