I am responsible for business development, practice management, and technical delivery in the Miami Business Unit.
I am a Local Service Offering Lead around Centric’s Microsoft practice. I work closely with the Enterprise Collaboration Team and continue to deliver and improve our offerings on a daily basis. I have 10 years of experience in IT consulting, with much of that time spent on Microsoft products, and several years of Cyber Security experience as well.

In my mind Centric has an advantage over most other firms namely it’s culture. While being 100% virtual, Centric has managed to build the best corporate culture I have personally been a part of. We bring this to our clients in many ways and help them to improve their own cultures and business practices. I am continually amazed by our focus on Adoption and Change Management, a historically overlooked part of technology projects that in recent years has become the difference between success and failure.
