I have driven operational improvements in all areas of my life from my earliest childhood memories (i.e., creating “chore charts” for me and my siblings to prevent arguments).
I have a B.S. Marketing & Communications from the University of Virginia and more than 30 years of agency and corporate experience in marketing, sales, customer experience, business process excellence, and change management across a multitude of industries including legal, healthcare, financial and B2B services.
I am always looking for new, innovative tools and processes and have built a reputation as both an innovator and a change leader.

I’m a lifelong, passionate Cleveland sports fan, with all the frustration, heartbreak and pride that goes with it! My husband and I live in Dayton, Ohio, and enjoy traveling and making memories with our growing family.
What inspires you?
I’m inspired by teachers who find innovative, fun, creative ways to teach our next generations.
What’s the best trip you’ve ever taken and why?
My favorite trip was 2 weeks in Costa Rica in 2020 (just before the pandemic struck). The natural beauty, diversity of climate and topography, along with the adventures we experienced (ziplining above a tropical rainforest, deep sea fishing, whale watching) made memories of a lifetime.
What’s the best piece of advice you’ve been given?
The best piece of advice I’ve ever been given is to trust your gut and to treat yourself as gently as you’d treat your child.
