Centric Consulting’s weekly “Career Spotlight” features some of our most in-demand jobs.
We’re always looking for people who revel in doing the unexpected and extraordinary for others. We’re looking for driven self-starters who want to add value to wherever you work.
Here are this week’s featured positions; we’re hiring seven positions for our National Salesforce Practice.
In this position, you will work both as a team member and at times independently to deliver Salesforce solutions to clients. You will assist in contributing to Salesforce solution architecture and recommendations as well as participate in client facing project kickoff meetings, ongoing project status meetings to provide delivery excellence for our Salesforce projects. You will also work closely with our team of Salesforce architects, admins and developers to solution and deliver projects — this may include working with other onshore remote teams members.

In this role, you will design, build, test, deploy, document and support solutions for Salesforce CPQ and related technologies. You will create and manage Price Rules Product Rules, Discounting, Product Setup and Configuration, Product Options, Quote Templates, and Advanced Approval Rules with the ability to design solutions for complex business use cases.
You will also own functional tasks and deliverables, including testing, training, reporting, support and continuous improvement for the Salesforce CPQ application.
To thrive in this position, you will need to develop technical solutions aligned with business objectives, lead technical design sessions, and identify gaps between current and desired end states. You will collaborate with internal business and IT stakeholders to define requirements, deliverables, and set and manage expectations. You will also translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform.
Salesforce Local Service Offering Lead
To succeed in this role, you will need to lead and drive business development, client account management, hunting and farming opportunities for Salesforce consulting services. You will leverage your network across industry verticals and geographies for networking and identifying new business opportunities, both individually and working collaboratively with other Centric business development colleagues. You will also need a willingness to support 50 to 75 percent travel for client interaction, project checkpoints, marketing events and networking.

In this role, you will serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for Salesforce Service Cloud. You will facilitate business process reviews to identify client requirements and processes. You will translate client requirements into Salesforce design, leveraging best practices and minimizing the need for custom development. You will also configure Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud and Force.com solutions.
Salesforce Solution Architect
In this position, you will conduct research into clients’ use of Salesforce, producing a report of findings with recommended steps and a roadmap for Salesforce solutions. You will collaborate with colleagues and customers to create prototypes and proofs of concept as a means of eliciting and defining requirements as well as review solutions and recommending improvements. You will also groom and refine the Salesforce product backlog in liaison with stakeholders on the project.
Salesforce Technical Architect
In this role, you will need to collaborate with the Functional team to determine how best to implement solution (decisions around declarative vs programmatic vs AppExchange, and more). You will act at the Escalation Point for technical issues, and you will provide sales support by helping with scope, solutions and estimate sales opportunities alongside a delivery lead. You will also assist in SOW creation.
