In this position, you will work with the client to translate project requirements and ensure schedules and budgets stay on track using standard management methodology. You will lead project team members and provide ongoing feedback, supporting them in their efforts to meet project goals and create unmatched client experiences. You will also partner with our clients to resolve issues.
Program Manager – Chicago
In this role, you will manage a portfolio of projects, ensuring coordination of shared resources, common activities and other dependencies across projects. You will perform hands-on project work, including analysis, design, process engineering and change management as well as manage program financials including forecasting, profitability, invoicing and expense management.
Organizational Change Management Consultant – Chicago
In this role, you will need to build an understanding of our client’s business, situation and desired outcome(s). You will coach the client on Organizational Change Management (OCM) best practices, lessons learned and trends while designing a tailored OCM solution that achieves value to the client and meets the client’s needs and expectations. You will also assess, strategize and implement the needed OCM activities to promote and help ensure faster adoption and sustainment.

Executive Account Manager – Columbus
In this position, you will establish partnerships to assess and recommend business and technical solutions, evaluate existing accounts to expand offerings and analyze competitors, recommend strategies, and lead proposals to gain net new business. You will also forecast sales, develop account management and sales strategies and evaluate their effectiveness. You will also perform deal-related analysis, including financial modeling, due diligence and negotiations.
