Are you using a process-first approach for business transformation? Find out why you should be.

Whether you’re already undergoing an enterprise transformation or just establishing the vision for it, you know what a daunting task it can be.

Join us for a complimentary event where our keynote speaker, David O’Toole from World Wide Technology, will share how an $11B company was able to apply a process-first mindset to transform the organization.

Centric Consulting’s Process Excellence Practice leads will also lead an interactive discussion with a panel of local business leaders on “what you need to start thinking about before you start.”

We will walk you through how a process-focused approach can set the tone for business transformation. Expect to hear:

  • A deeper dive into what process-first is, and equally as important, what it isn’t.
  • Lessons learned from those that have been down the business transformation path before with mixed results.
  • A firsthand account of how change management was key to ensuring a positive culture shift and sustained growth.
