Phil brings more than 20 years of experience in Competitive Strategy, Change Management, Organization Design & Development, Culture Building, and Leadership Development to name a few.

Change ManagementPhil’s versatile background also includes in-depth experience in multiple industries such as insurance, private and public sector manufacturing, and professional and financial services across North America, Europe, and Japan.

For the past three years, Phil worked as an independent consultant focused on leading change management, business strategy, and growth initiatives for clients. Between 1999 and 2013, Phil worked for Westfield Group, an insurance and banking company in Medina, Ohio.

As an independent consultant and later a senior executive for the company, he led multiple enterprise-wide change initiatives, mostly associated with business restructuring, growth, and customer service.

While leading the business initiatives, Phil also served in operational roles as the leader of national agency operations/distribution, and claims leader for Ohio and Kentucky.

Prior to Westfield, Phil spent six years as a consultant handling business change for companies in a variety of industries – mostly automotive, aerospace, and consumer products based in California, Utah and the Midwest. Phil is an active Ohio Board Member for the Association of Change Management Professionals.
