karlaKarla Schnell co-leads Centric’s Healthcare practice. She works with clients across the globe to strategize and develop solutions for clinical and operational process issues, often utilizing technology to address these challenges. During the course of her 25-year career, Karla has worked in direct clinical care at the bedside and in clinical and hospital leadership. She has also worked in the technology sector, designing and implementing electronic health records and has been a consultant to healthcare clients in the Provider space on clinical, operational and technology issues.

ujvagiTom Ujvagi manages Centric’s Business Process Management (BPM) practice with a strong focus on developing tools and methodologies that can be leveraged across multiple companies and program/projects. Tom has served in numerous roles over his nearly 20-year career and has always maintained a focus on continuous improvement, whether through process, technology, or the convergence of the two.
