Centric Client Receives Engage Employees Award from Jive Software
CHICAGO, Nov. 5, 2012 – On Oct. 11, Jive Software Inc. (Nasdaq:JIVE), a leader in social business, awarded Centric’s client, Millward Brown, with the engage employees award. The award recognizes customers using social business to drive business results.
Awards were distributed at Jive World 2012 and represented four categories – teaming, engage employees, engage customers and new way to business.
The engage employees award recognizes a social intranet solution that helps foster cross-departmental collaboration, improvements in efficiency, problem solving and innovative approaches to drive adoption.
Millward Brown, one of the world’s leading research agencies specializing in advertising, marketing communications, media and brand equity research, won the award for its global adoption of the Jive community. According to Millward Brown, 86 percent of employees used Jive within five months of its rollout.
To achieve this success, Millward Brown engaged Centric to evaluate potential vendors and run a pilot program. In the end, Jive Software was chosen as the pilot vendor and was successfully deployed. Centric then led the business requirements, global implementation and change management program for a deployment of 5,000 users in more than 60 countries.

In addition to the actual implementation, Centric enhanced Jive’s analytical reporting to fit Millward Brown’s need. Centric built an agile solution on top of Jive’s data warehouse using a QlikView framework that allows users to explore all Jive data in a visual point-and-click interface. This has allowed Millward Brown to better understand key adoption metrics and gain insight on how to identify and address engagement issues.
