I started my career in consulting nearly 25 years ago, eventually moving into Industry where I was able to grow my skills in a variety disciplines. I always knew I’d return to consulting and was thrilled when my path led me home to Centric.

I was lucky enough to be able to help cofound Centric’s St. Louis practice and have proudly watched our St. Louis team grow into a group of humble, exceptional practitioners who are passionate about and dedicated to their community.

Recently, I’ve been more involved in helping drive our overall national strategy with a heavy focus on culture, collaboration, communication and employee experience. I am a student and ally in the DEI space, focused on partnering with those around me to ensure Centric is an environment where every person belongs, thrives and feels represented.

Get to Know Me

In my downtime, I love to create – words and writing are my passions. I’m an avid classical piano player, amateur photographer, and wanna-be chef. My favorite meals are ones that take far too long to make. My husband and four kids keep me centered, happy and wanting to squeeze every ounce of adventure out of life.

What’s the best trip you’ve ever taken and why?

My favorite trips are sporadic and unplanned, including a recent one through Italy with my husband, Dennis. Seven days, a car and an idea of what cities we wanted to visit – that’s all we needed. Every aspect was unplanned. Every decision was just-in-time. Every detail fell into place perfectly. It was magic.

What energizes and brings you excitement?

The thing that energizes me most is seeing Centric’s culture in action. It’s a truly special environment filled with humble, compassionate, talented people who love serving those around them. I’m grateful to be a part of and help shape our culture and company.

Who inspires you and why?

My kids inspire me. They have been instrumental in teaching me what it means to be a good human, why we should seek to deeply understand those around us, and that I should never stop striving to be a better person.
