To give others a better holiday this year, Centric Chicago donated more than 40 gifts to the Tolton Center, an organization that provides adult education and family literacy services to some of Chicago’s most vulnerable citizens. The presents went to all of the Tolton Center’s children under the age of 11.

About the Tolton Center

Recognizing the potential of low-skilled, low-income adults, the Tolton program works to increase basic skills and English language proficiency. The Center also prepares learners for the GED Test while challenging them to explore and plan for post-secondary education or training. Programs include: Literacy, Adult Basic Education, GED Preparation, English as a Second Language (ESL), Life Skills, Family Literacy and Employability.

Student activities at every level offer opportunities for leadership development and stress the importance of service to others and community.
