Work Experience
Brian Sedor is a practice leader in Boston, where he serves clients’ strategic technology objectives as well as program and project execution. With extensive experience in information systems delivery, Brian has worked on strategic process improvement and packaged software implementations.
His enthusiasm lies with long-term value creation and he continues to be a student, practitioner and now a leader in innovation, heading up Centric’s Innovation Advisory Team. Working to pragmatically bring these concepts to everyday client delivery, he also an enabler for Centric’s internal innovation pursuits from software product development (Virtual Reality, AI, Machine Learning) to process-based offerings (Change Management, Gig Economy) and more.
Brian is also responsible for contributing to Centric’s national focus on delivery and customer experience excellence. He strives every day to promote the connection between Design Thinking, Startup Principles, Agile Delivery, and Start With Why.
Personal Statement
Brian enjoys spending time with his family, as well as being involved in all the activities that keep his kids busy. Every once in a while he gets to read a book from the reading list or sneak in a quick round of golf.
