The November 8th breakfast with the PMI Northeast Ohio Chapter will explore the “heart” of change management and how to help people and organizations adopt and thrive in a fast-paced and stressful world.
The event will also explore why change management is needed to achieve ROI and how it integrates with project management methodologies.
You’ll leave with a foundation of knowledge and some tips for developing resiliency in individuals and organizations. Attendees will also earn one Professional Development Unit (PDU).
About the Presenter
Diane Weidrick is a change management consultant with Centric who has helped organizations transform their businesses, with an eye towards the human element, for over 20 years. She uses a structured approach to managing change and making it stick, with a passion for helping people cope and thrive in today’s challenging environment. Diane has an MBA in Systems Management from Baldwin Wallace College, and is certified in Change Management and a PMP.
