Centric Commemorates is a new blog series where we’ll share, highlight and honor our people and the different celebrations or remembrances that are most important to our Centric family each month.
Each month at Centric Consulting, we highlight a different celebration or remembrance that helps us better understand the nuances of the world around us and empathize with one another as teammates and friends.
Beyond merely acknowledging these holidays and events as important to us as a company, we want to honor our team members who hold these days close to their hearts. Each month, we’ll include a personal perspective shared by one or more of our employees.
Our goal is to create awareness, support and empathy by sharing the voices of employees as they speak to topics not often discussed or highlighted. By listening to one another and making space for new perspectives, we’ll become stronger and more connected as a community.
Check back each month for a new perspective and the next installment of Centric Commemorates.
