Remote, an HR platform, compiled the report as a resource for companies developing remote and hybrid working practices.

This year’s report reveals a 237 percent rise in the number of HR positions specifically responsible for remote or distributed teams, underscoring the continued and growing importance of dedicated remote work professionals to help companies navigate this transition.
