Regional Change Management Leaders attended the ACMP Change Management Summit

On Thursday, May 11, Centric Consulting’s Cleveland (#CentricCLE) office joined local leaders for the Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP) of Ohio‘s Northern Ohio Change Management Summit.

Change Management leaders from the ACMP led discussions about how local organization are driving enterprise-wide change initiatives. They also presented a case study of a Salesforce deployment that detailed the process from assessment to adoption.

The summit’s goal was to drive collaboration and knowledge-sharing among leading companies in the region.

  • Highlight of strategies to be nimble and increase the speed to market during a deployment
  • Evaluation of leveraging the right change management tools
