Our National People and Change team assisted a global manufacturing organization transition to remote work.
Prior to Covid-19, a global manufacturing organization was considering moving to a work-from-anywhere model.
Specifically, it sought to adopt a hybrid model — a strategic decision to reduce costs, increase productivity and aid recruitment efforts while providing employees the ability to work the way they wanted. When Covid-19 hit, the company decided to make it happen and become fully remote outside of its manufacturing facilities.
The company needed help putting its direction into action. It enlisted Centric Consulting’s People and Change team to make sure the business transformation hit all the right marks.
Why Centric Consulting?
After reading Office Optional, the book by Centric cofounder and president Larry English about how to have a great culture as a remote organization, the manufacturing company’s leader knew he’d found the right partner to help launch the organization into a new way of working. The insights and expertise portrayed in Larry’s book were exactly what he was looking for – a dedicated partner that could tie theory and strategy to tactical action.
