Traci Whetzel recognized as one of Consulting Magazine’s 2024 Women Leaders for her exceptional leadership in Salesforce consulting.
DAYTON, OH, October 25, 2024 – Centric Consulting, an international business and technology consulting firm, announced today that Consulting Magazine named Traci Whetzel one of the 2024 Women Leaders for her excellence in leadership.
Consulting Magazine recognizes Women Leaders in Consulting each year in the following categories: Excellence in Leadership, Excellence in Client Service, Future Leader, Mentor of the Year, DEI Champion, ESG Champion, and Lifetime Achievement. As Centric’s Salesforce Practice Lead, Whetzel currently guides clients in implementing, redesigning, strategizing, and achieving a return on their Salesforce investment. Under her leadership, Centric has completed hundreds of Salesforce projects across various industries. Her leadership extends to delivery oversight on Centric’s most complex Salesforce implementations, which include multiple cloud integrations, and thousands of users.
With over 20 years in business development and customer relationship management (CRM) consulting, Whetzel has also worked with many Fortune 500 manufacturers, transportation providers, and small to medium-sized organizations, helping them use technology and metrics to make better business decisions and improve sales processes. Her specialty is understanding, automating and improving complex business processes using the platform.
As a leader, she guides her team to learn demanding technologies and specialties in the Salesforce suite, from Financial Service Cloud and Health Cloud to Einstein, Data Strategy and Field Service. She has also volunteered as co-lead for the Cleveland Salesforce User Group and has sat on the Sales Lead Management Association board.
“[Being recognized as one of the Women Leaders in Consulting] is a validation for the little girl who installed Peachtree accounting software before she was 10, finished college after a decade of extremely long days, and aspires to help and lead other women who will come after her,” Whetzel says.

Having substantial numbers and hitting your goals help, but the people you lead will remember how you made them feel. That, to me, is the most critical piece of this recognition.”
