Our on-demand webinar showcases the next breakthrough in artificial intelligence: AI agents. With the power to take on specific roles and make autonomous decisions, agentic AI will take you beyond foundational LLMs like ChatGPT to transform how your business operates.
We recently hosted a live webinar, “AI’s Next Disruptor: Go Beyond ChatGPT with AI Agents,” where our AI expert and technology futurist, Joseph Ours, highlighted the business case for using AI agents while demonstrating the potential of these supercharged LLM “minions” in action.
Since ChatGPT made its entry to the mainstream public in late 2022, most businesses are experimenting with and using generative AI like ChatGPT to boost personal workers’ productivity. When we polled business leaders across diverse sectors and industries, we found that the use of generative AI in their organizations is fairly distributed, with Microsoft Copilot (30 percent) and individual use of consumer versions like ChatGPT (29 percent) being the most common approaches. Still, a notable minority of 10 percent use Enterprise ChatGPT, while 11 percent do not allow the use of generative AI at all, indicating ongoing challenges with enterprise-wide AI adoption.
AI agents represent a turning point for organizations that are struggling to overcome challenges — let alone see significant ROI — with enterprise AI adoption. In our webinar, you’ll learn how agentic systems are already outperforming current LLM chatbot capabilities across multiple benchmarks, from multi-agent workflows to independent tool use, planning, and reflection.
Agentic AI holds the promise to drive much more substantial business results than one-off personal use of generative AI, and industry leaders are taking note. According to Capgemini, while only 10 percent of organizations currently use AI agents, more than 50 percent plan to use them within the next year, and a full 82 percent plan to use them within three years.
Our poll of webinar participants revealed that 50 percent see AI agents as being helpful “everywhere” in their organization, indicating a strong belief in the wide-ranging applicability of AI. Some specific areas where poll participants see the potential of AI Agents include complex task automation (15 percent), improving customer interactions (14 percent), and enhancing data extraction and analysis capabilities (12 percent).
Still, where you are most likely to find success with AI agents depends upon where you are. We’ve found that companies realize success with agents more often when they first determine how to prioritize opportunities that will deliver the most business value, how to ensure AI agents are used safely and ethically, and how to incorporate agentic AI into existing processes and technology.
By watching this on-demand session, you’ll unlock the critical first steps to take in launching a successful AI agent project. During the webinar, our artificial intelligence expert covers:
- How AI is evolving from limited-function chatbots to more sophisticated, autonomous AI agents that perform complex, iterative jobs from start to finish.
- Strategic considerations for integrating AI agents into your business operations.
- Real-world applications of AI agents and use cases from various industries.
- How to overcome common challenges in deploying AI agents and maximizing ROI.
- Practical steps to assess your organization’s readiness and develop your first AI Agent pilot.
