This article highlights how we provided pro-bono healthcare consulting services for a non-profit healthcare provider.
Centric Miami was featured in the September issue of South Florida Hospital News and Healthcare Report for our partnership with Camillus Health Concern, a private, non-profit organization that provides comprehensive medical, dental, and behavioral health care, as well as health education and specialty care to men, women and children who are poor and homeless in Miami-Dade County.
In the front-page article, Camillus Health Concern, Inc. Partners with Centric Consulting, LLC to Help Lead Them Into the Future, the author highlights how Camillus turned to Centric Consulting for help in creating a strategic plan to address some of its greatest challenges: “the recruitment and the retention of healthcare professionals to serve the indigent population” and funding given that “nearly 45 percent of its funding source comes from the federal government. The remaining amount comes from the state and other sources.”
The article explains how our team reviewed and addressed Camillus’ current and future plan, on a pro bono basis, to help position them for success.
