Centric Consulting’s Salesforce Practice recently joined an elite group of Salesforce partners at an exclusive Agentforce workshop in Washington, DC.
The full-day hands-on training session, led by Salesforce’s top Agentforce engineers, provided intensive training on Salesforce’s newest AI product. Agentforce 2.0 is an autonomous AI assistant that offers specialized support to employees or customers in natural language based on prebuilt and configurable topics, instructions and actions.
Agentforce can be equipped with a company’s data and processes to execute tasks according to its defined role, whether it’s designed to answer product questions, handle objections, or book meetings for sales reps on channels like SMS or WhatsApp.
While Salesforce’s Einstein products focus on AI-powered insights, predictions and automation, Agentforce uses advanced AI models to assist sales and service teams by interpreting complex inputs and streamlining task execution, reducing manual effort. Its use cases already span healthcare, banking, retail, customer service, IT, finance, and others, with configurations that use existing Salesforce tools like prompts, flows, Apex programming language, and APIs.
“The Agentforce workshop provided our technical teams with invaluable hands-on experience with Salesforce’s latest AI innovation,” said Dan Kraus, Centric’s Salesforce Alliance Lead. “We’re ready to help our clients implement this powerful technology to enhance their sales and service capabilities.”
As part of Salesforce’s SEED program, Centric’s clients can qualify for up to $100,000 in implementation services funding through January 31. This program represents a unique opportunity in the Salesforce ecosystem, where all qualified partners such as Centric have equal access to help their clients use this transformative AI technology.
“Agentforce marks a pivotal advancement in Salesforce’s AI strategy,” said Traci Whetzel, Centric Consulting’s Salesforce Lead. “As we look toward 2025 and beyond, this technology will redefine how businesses use AI for intelligent, automated support.”
Looking ahead, Centric is planning a series of local Agentforce events beginning in early 2025. These sessions will provide hands-on experience with Agentforce’s capabilities and showcase specific industry use cases. Centric will announce further details in the coming weeks.
