Centric Charlotte has received a spot on the Charlotte Business Journal’s Best Places to Work List for a third year.
The Charlotte Business Journal, in partnership with Quantum Workplace, recently named our Charlotte practice one of the top 25 Best Places to Work for the third year.
The two organizations annually evaluate local companies to determine the area’s best in workplace culture and environment. This program measures a wide range of research-validated workplace factors that impact employee engagement and satisfaction.

The award recognizes a Best Place to Work fosters a workplace where employees willingly go above and beyond in their work, advocate for the organization and intend to stay with the company in the future.

Although we’re a national company, we have a local business model with many of our employees working remotely or at client sites in and around the Charlotte area. For this award, companies are categorized and chosen based on the number of employees in the local Charlotte office.
Our Charlotte team qualifies under the small company category (10-24 employees). CBJ named us a Best Place to Work among 25 other small companies in the area.
The honor serves as a testament to our culture.
