Work Experience
Darren manages Centric’s Strategy Alignment and Architecture practice where he supports Centric’s multiple offices with business consulting services spanning business development, solution methodologies, delivery methodologies, and best practices. He has led numerous transformations, operating model designs, automation/BPM implementations for clients representing financial services, insurance, manufacturing, distribution, telecom and consumer good/retail/grocery companies.
Darren also established Centric’s internal BPM Center of Excellence, which included developing standards for delivery methodologies and training materials.
He has 25+ years of experience managing people, processes, and technology to deliver effective, bottom-line results. This includes leading business and digital transformations, facilitating strategic direction definition, designing holistic operating models and systems, and managing technology implementations.

Darren’s consulting and industry career has provided an extensive and diverse set of experiences including strategy definition and alignment, operating model design, strategic planning, business process improvement, process automation, and business process management, supply chain management and solution roadmap development and solution delivery.
His track record of achievement has been driven by strong analytical facilitation, leadership, creative thinking and communication skills.
He currently spends his free time with his family hiking, rock climbing, mountain biking and other activities.
