About the Speakers
Mike McNett
Michael McNett is our Enterprise Collaboration Practice Teamwork lead. He focuses on helping organizations become more productive and gaining a competitive edge by improving their teamwork and collaboration capabilities. By taking a business and people-first approach, Mike partners with clients to guide them through steps that will help them increase their employee engagement and return on investment.
Mike has nearly 30 years of experience in building and leading teams and organizations while an Officer in the United States Army (1983-2012) where he served in a variety of leadership and technical positions to include being the Director of the Continental United States Theater Network and Operations Security Center and the Chief Information Officer of both the National Defense University and the United States Military Academy. Since 2012, Mike has been a senior IT consultant in the Columbus, Ohio area, advising clients on how they can improve their collaboration and communication capabilities by ensuring their projects are well-governed and aligned to their business goals and objectives.
Tracy Dixon
Tracy Dixon, PMP, MBA, is a Senior Project and Resource Manager at Centric’s Miami location and currently manages technology and project management work for multiple clients. Her recent work has focused on the delivery of web and mobile applications, human resource projects, PMO streamlining and efficiency, and process improvement efforts. Tracy has nearly 20 years of experience as a Senior Technician, Program, Project, and Account Manager. She has worked for clients through Centric across multiple industries, including healthcare, insurance, field services, financial services, and technology.
Leon Green
Leon Green is the innovative and strategic Corporate Director of VITAS Healthcare Project Management Office (PMO), who directs and oversees the PMO, project management and ITSM functions. He ensures the IT project portfolio delivers consistent, high-quality projects, and programs to meet organization goals and requirements.

Katherine Ericsson is an accomplished Project, Program and Portfolio Management Executive from PMI. She has over twenty years of experience in successfully establishing and optimizing several IT PMOs within complex enterprise environments to support operational excellence and revenue growth initiatives.
