What’s your story?
I am an optimist who believes no mountain is too high to climb and every obstacle has a solution. I believe my fears and failures are my biggest lessons to learn and opportunities to grow – which I’ve focused on for years.
What’s the best feedback you’ve ever received?
Someone told me I am a good human being who loves to help.
Why did you decide to become part of your field?
It started with survival – I needed a job. It, later on, became a part of life and then a passion for learning, implementing and solving problems for complex business needs and scenarios. And then to share my learnings with others in a way to grow.
How are you guiding clients right now?
By implementing their business stories in the form of data and visualizations, that would allow them to make better decisions along with a deeper and closer look at their business data, explaining the “How and Why.”
What, in your opinion, do companies need the most help with right now?
Two things:
- Keep growing with expected vision in this phase – a challenge for many.
- Manage your employees from negativity and mental illness.
What do you think they should be thinking about next?
Adjust, adapt and accommodate to the new normal. Looking forward, plan for changes to the standard operating processes with the new model of working from homes, virtual meetings, video talks without impacting delivering unmatched experiences for clients and users.
What are you looking forward to in your industry?
I believe as the pandemic ends, businesses will have more need of digitalization, automation, software engineering and so on. The industry will have a rapid growth spurt in the coming months. I am also looking forward to seeing which specific areas and technologies will be a part of that growth, and how I can be a contributor.
What’s your favorite thing to do with your family?
As the saying goes, live, laugh, love. I love talking, sharing, comedy, cooking, eating and reflecting on old memories.
