The St. Louis Business Journal shared Jen Barnes’ article in their Career & Workplace news. Jen’s article discusses how businesses can navigate what’s next in remote work.
Jen Barnes, a St. Louis Practice lead, shares her knowledge to help businesses move forward in this, now, mostly virtual business world. In her article, she specifically shares how companies can navigate what’s next, so they succeed in today’s climate.
“There are upsides to this permanence. Many companies are operating more efficiently and are realizing the benefits of reduced expenses and a smaller brick and mortar footprint. Employees are realizing they may prefer to work from home going forward. To enable this seismic shift in thinking and practice, there are a few things,” Jen writes.
She goes on to share seven points for company leaders to consider as they continue forward with remote work, including reminding them to “invest in making collaboration simple, accessible, and fulfilling.”
The article is a timely piece, and well worth the read.
