Watch our on-demand webinar to learn about how to shift into the digital world to best serve your customer and equip your employees to do Business Anywhere.
Our current reality has introduced new ways of working. Virtual delivery, digital service models and remote employee experiences deepen customer relationships and reduce risks. Organizations need ways to conduct seamless and efficient business from anywhere. For some businesses, the shift is underway, and they are thriving. But for many others, this shift has just begun, and it may be daunting.
Centric Consulting’s President Larry English will kick off the webinar with an introduction to Business Anywhere, our digital-first vision to empower organizations to thrive through new technologies and new ways of doing business. Our Experience Design Practice Lead Colin McGee will then host the webinar, featuring panelists:
- Nick Restrepo, VP of Sales at World Emblem
- Kate Terrell, Chief People Officer at Aktana
Our panelists will share real-world examples of how their businesses have adapted to conduct business from anywhere — many due to the COVID-19 pandemic — and some driven by other market dynamics.
The webinar will focus on:
- Diving into our Business Anywhere approach to modernizing the customer, employee and supplier experience
- Redesigning Aktana’s global professional services and operations to enable a consistent customer experience
- Returning to “normal” with better digital tools and processes at World Emblem
Our speakers and panelists will conclude the webinar with a Q&A.

Today, we are a 1,000 plus person company with offices in 12 US cities and India.
Larry is father to four boys and husband to an adventurous wife. They reside in Columbus, Ohio. Larry is donating a portion of the royalties he receives from Office Optional to charity. To learn more about him and how to become an office optional company, visit LarryEnglish.net.
