Centric ranked sixth out of all medium-sized nominated companies in the region as one of Charlotte’s best places to work.
Centric Consulting, an international business and technology consulting firm, has been honored as one of the best places to work in the Charlotte region for the fifth consecutive year. The recognition was announced by the Charlotte Business Journal, which ranked Centric sixth in the medium-sized company category.
Centric’s culture is centered around celebrating individuals, promoting collaboration, and fostering lifelong friendships. The company prioritizes employee happiness through recognition programs and a flexible, remote work environment.
Since its formation in 2016, Centric’s Charlotte team has experienced remarkable growth, to over 40 employees in the region. The team stays connected through virtual weekly meetings and monthly in-person gatherings and volunteering at local non-profit organizations.
“Centric is an amazing company with a fantastic culture. Our core values drive unmatched experiences for both clients and colleagues and are put into practice every day. I am grateful to work with incredibly talented people every day,” said Tara Pottow, a Senior Manager on Centric’s Charlotte team.
The Best Places to Work Awards program, organized by the Charlotte Business Journal in partnership with Quantum Workplace, recognizes the region’s top employers. The rankings are based on employee responses and consider factors such as benefits and employee engagement levels. Centric’s Charlotte team was honored during a celebration at Truist Field in uptown Charlotte on Thursday, Nov. 2.
“This recognition is a testament to the exceptional dedication and collaborative spirit that defines our culture,” said TJ Felice, Centric’s Charlotte Practice Lead. “Our success is fueled by the passion and commitment of our team, and we’re proud to be on such an elite list. While our work isn’t about winning awards, it’s always a nice reminder that the work we do makes a difference. Our team is innovative, collaborative, and purposeful, and we’re excited to put our collective abilities to work for the betterment of our clients.”
