In our on-demand webinar, we discuss the importance of your enterprise program management capabilities and how these can improve your business transformation.
Is your organization well equipped to pivot the execution of your company’s strategy when projects and programs change rapidly due to disruptive forces? Companies with strong enterprise program management (EPM) capabilities find themselves leading during times of disruption. During this live webinar, business transformation and project and program management experts will share:
- Why Enterprise Program Management capabilities are imperative now more than ever
