I have over 12 years of experience within human resources in various functions including employee relations, performance management and talent acquisition. My experience comes from numerous industries including hospitality, payroll and construction.
I obtained my masters of science degree in human resource management from Nova Southeastern University in 2013 and my undergraduate degree in business management.
I am married with two sons that are the light of my life. During my off time, I am co-chair for my sons PTSA where I volunteer often. Becoming a part of a globally known organization called Zonta Club. Also, I enjoy exercising and learning more about healthy lifestyles.
My favorite trip ever, even though I have had many memorable trips, was the Mediterranean cruise that my husband and I took for our honeymoon. Not only did we visit 3 beautiful countries but we learned a lot about different cultures, enjoyed delicious food and had a great time getting to know each other even more.
Don’t change your lifestyle for someone else, they should adapt to yours. This was based around me having a child, but it makes sense for others as well.
Helping people. Doesn’t matter if it’s through work or personal life, helping people excites me and bring me much joy.
