I am currently responsible for the overall business unit leadership of the Cincinnati/Louisville office, but spend much of my time focused in the Louisville geography.
I have more than 30 years of experience in the Information Technology and Business Process Improvement sectors, including nine years of experience in the private industry. These experiences have included responsibility for departmental profit and loss, team leadership and development, transformational initiatives and various executive leadership positions.
I also have 19 years of experience in consulting roles including implementations of ERP, business process improvement initiatives and Six Sigma deployments. my work represents a wide range of industries including banking, nonprofit, manufacturing, healthcare and insurance sectors.
I specialize in IT transformational initiatives, including developing and implementing standardized policies, procedures, governance and methodologies. I am also trained as a Six Sigma Black Belt and deployment team leader.
I’ve served in industry and consulting roles and enjoy the challenges and variety offered by working with multiple clients. I bring unique work experiences gathered while working for some of the best and brightest technology leaders over a 30+ year career in the field.
I apply the same energy to my personal and civic life. I enjoy working with local nonprofit agencies and am the proud father of two extremely bright high school students, and the fortunate husband of one very understanding wife! One of my favorite things to do in my spare time is to race small sailboats on the Ohio River with the Louisville Sailing Club.
