Work Experience

David is a seasoned consulting executive who has served in leadership roles in both industry and consulting firms. David’s early experience in the insurance industry involved Fortune 500 account leadership and management. David then went on to marketing management and customer experience roles at Allstate Insurance Company. In addition, he has held strategy and operations roles at Accenture and PwC working with clients within the P&C insurance industry.

David’s experience and emphasis is on improving clients’ businesses through the development of actionable customer-focused marketing strategies and performance improvement initiatives. This includes development, execution and management of multi-channel strategies for the purposes of acquiring, converting, servicing, retaining and cross/up-selling customers and consumers.

Personal Statement

David has served as a member of CATSCE (Competitive Advantage Through Customer Satisfaction Excellence), a private customer experience benchmarking group comprised of approximately a dozen large B2B and B2C companies. He is a father of twins and active in several volunteer organizations.
