TJ Felice, Charlotte Practice Lead, recently spoke to QC Life about Centric Consulting’s remote work culture. He shared tips from his experience for how other companies can create a successful virtual company – one that works for the long-run.
“It starts by looking internally first by examining the culture and building policies and technology that enable that culture is really the key to success,” he goes on to say.
The short video allows TJ to showcase some of Centric’s values and practices for maintaining a remote company for two decades. When asked about how to establish the culture, TJ said to “Focus on people, not focus on the technology.”
