This marks the third consecutive year that the Cincinnati Enquirer awards the title to our Cincinnati team.

CINCINNATI, OH, June 6, 2017 –  Centric Consulting’s Cincinnati team has been awarded a 2017 Top Workplaces honor by the Cincinnati Enquirer. This is the third year in a row our Cincinnati team is recognized as one of the region’s best places to work.

This year, we ranked among only 55 small-sized companies in the Greater Cincinnati region. According to Enquirer Media, “Top Workplaces are not only better places to work but are more likely to be successful than peer organizations.”

The Top Workplaces lists are based solely on the results of an employee feedback survey administered by WorkplaceDynamics, LLC, a leading research firm that specializes in organizational health and workplace improvement. Several aspects of workplace culture were measured, including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few.
