Columbus, OH – April 4, 2013 — It’s always a great time when the entire Centric team gets together. Relationships are fostered, new ideas are presented and memories are made. This year’s spring meeting in Columbus was no exception.
Each spring, Centric devotes a full day to team learning, bonding and socializing. In addition to receiving key updates from leaders, the team attended breakout sessions given by peers on topics that included women in negotiating, developing future leaders, creating unmatched client experiences and creativity (which included a Lego car competition).
To go along with Centric’s emphasis on creating unmatched client experiences, the theme of this year’s meeting was “Moments of Magic.” Shep Hyken, a customer service expert and speaker, delivered the keynote. His message focused on customer service, customer loyalty and internal service.
The key takeaway from the day was to always focus on building lifelong relationships with clients based on trust, respect and collaboration, which is fundamental to Centric’s philosophy.
Here’s to a year full of moments of magic!
