ORLANDO, FL, January 23, 2018 – We’re proud to announce that VITAS Healthcare, the nation’s largest provider of end-of-life care, recently made the shortlist – and won – the 2018 PEX Network Awards’ Best Technology-Enabled Process Improvement Project.
Centric Consulting partnered with VITAS on the project – designed to improve patient experiences by putting mobile devices in the hands of field staff, making it easier and faster to relay important daily care information.
There are seven categories for the PEX Network Awards, which honor the process professionals who have stood out and made an impact.
Winners were announced at OPEX Week: Business Transformation World Summit in Orlando on January 23.
About the Technology Project Award
The Best Technology-Enabled Process Improvement Project Award is designed to recognize success in individual projects where processes are improved and enabled by technology. This technology could range from automation, BPM, AI, data and analytics, CRM and many more.
Applicants are assessed on their ability to demonstrate successful results across people, process and IT Projects will be judged on initial implementation success, future sustainability, governance and business impact.
