Centric Consulting, a digital, business and technology consulting firm, recently received the 2020 Best Compensation Award from career-data company, Comparably.
Comparably bases the awards entirely on employee feedback and evaluates categories such as leadership, compensation, work-life balance and benefits.
The company chooses the winners for the award based on a 50-plus question employee survey covering 20 core culture categories.
According to Business Insider, all companies on the list met specific qualifications. “Comparably released its annual list of small and mid-size businesses that were highly ranked by employees for compensation. Aside from wages, Comparably also looked at how satisfied employees were with other aspects of compensation, like raises, annual bonuses, benefits, and if applicable, stock or equity. Every company on this list has 500 employees or fewer, and every company on the list has an average compensation satisfaction score of 92%.”
Comparably releases four different awards each quarter. Along with Best Compensation, they recognized Best Work-Life Balance, Happiest Employees and Best Perks and Benefits.
