Larry English, remote work expert and author of “Office Optional: How to Build a Connected Culture With Virtual Teams,” was named a Remote Work Influencer in their 2023 report.
April 14, 2023, DAYTON, OH – The 2023 Remote Influencer report highlights the most inspiring and influential thought leaders in the world of remote work. Our president and co-founder, Larry English, has been named a Remote Innovator – among the top 50 innovators who helped blaze the trail for remote work.
In the report, English shared insights about creating an inclusive remote culture for everyone – those with disabilities, parents and caregivers, minorities, and those who need flexibility with their place of employment.
“You need a great DEI program whether your company operates remotely or in the office. That said, remote work gives a head start to companies wanting a more inclusive workplace,” said English. “Remote organizations also need to take care to design processes, policies and leadership training around creating a level playing field for in-office versus remote workers — for example, you don’t want remote workers to be looked over for promotions.”
