Join our Strategy Alignment and Architecture team at the Building Business Capability 2023 from May 8-12.
Our Strategy Alignment and Architecture team is attending this year’s Building Business Capability Conference in Las Vegas, NV. They will present two workshops during the event, which goes from May 8 to 12.
Jo Gilmore and Deb Peluso will teach an interactive workshop titled “Using StratATecture (TM) to Drive Operating Model Transformation.”
Achieving a desired target state means shifting from today’s operating model to a new one supporting the strategic vision. StratATecture is a multi-disciplinary approach that leverages fields such as strategy, business architecture and organizational design to provide a holistic view of how capabilities across people, process, technology, information, structure and performance metrics need to change. Gilmore and Peluso will present a case study showing how the StratATecture methodology helped a client to clarify their strategy and align their operating model to execute effectively. The session will take place on May 11 at 2 p.m. PT.
Stacia Geib and Darren Rehrer will teach an interactive workshop titled “Lunch & Learn – Building a Capability Map to Support a Target Operating Model.”
Transforming an operating model is more than redesigning business processes. New or maturing capabilities may require a whole new business strategy. In their workshop, Geib and Rehrer will show attendees how to identify business capabilities, align them to a desired strategy, assess maturity and build a capability map for enablement. The workshop will take place on May 10 at noon PT.

Deb Peluso was our National Strategy Alignment and Architecture Practice lead. She has been in consulting for more than 20 years, with experiences at Klein Associates/Applied Research Associates, Sky Bank, Nationwide Insurance, Honda of America Manufacturing, and The Change Collaborative, a company she founded and ran for 11 years.
Jo Gilmore
Jo Gilmore is a Senior Manager for our Strategy Alignment and Architecture practice. Jo has experience helping clients build out delivery methodology, leveraging business agility and business architecture projects.
Darren Rehrer
Darren Rehrer manages our Strategy Alignment and Architecture practice where he supports our business consulting services spanning business development, solution methodologies, delivery methodologies and best practices. He has led numerous transformations, operating model designs, automation and BPM implementations for clients representing financial services, insurance, manufacturing, distribution, telecom and consumer goods, retail and grocery companies.
Stacia Geib
Stacia Geib is a Sr. Manager for our Strategy Alignment and Architecture practice. Stacia has over 25 years of diverse leadership roles dedicated to designing strategies that solve and translate complex problems into action. She has architected transformations across multiple roles and industries, including enterprise transformation (process, technology and data) and different levels of product, go-to-market, manufacturing and supply chain.
