AI adoption is accelerating, but confidence isn’t keeping pace. Our webinar polls revealed that over 50 percent of respondents lack confidence in their organization’s AI readiness.
Further, nearly 58 percent of organizations aren’t using AI capabilities in Salesforce. The majority are split evenly between two key challenges: 38 percent don’t know where to start, while another 38 percent remain unclear about the costs or value.
Beyond these hurdles, organizations cite concerns about data quality and the perceived complexity of implementing AI in Salesforce. Only 20 percent of respondents said they feel comfortable implementing agents in their Salesforce instance.
