The birth of our company happened on a couch 20 years ago.
On this couch, Larry, together with his two longtime friends and colleagues – Dave Rosevelt and Eric Van Luven – conceived the idea for a different kind of consulting firm that would allow them and their employees to get more out of life and make a better impact on those around them.
For us, the couch is now a symbol of our culture, and we’ve been working remotely ever since.
For most of you, your couch may be your new office chair these days. And, while not ergonomically designed for ultimate lumbar support, couches definitely feel like part of a more normal work environment than ever before.
