He has more than 35 years of progressive management and leadership experience at various companies in multiple industries. Throughout his career, Paul has led several operational areas, including Information Technology, Project Office, Human Resources, Claims and Customer Service.

Paul serves on several boards, including 3CDC and the Family Nurturing Center. He earned his BA in Mathematics and Economics from Denison University and his MBA from the University of Michigan.
