CARES Act funds must be dispersed by December 31, 2020. Because of the tight timeline, we use our proven cost tracking mechanisms to maximize your organization’s CARES Act funding so that you can safely and efficiently achieve your mission objectives.

Teams Rapid Deployment & Adoption

Adapting to remote work technology such as Microsoft Teams has been relatively easy for most government agencies—getting employees to use the tools is the bigger challenge. Our Rapid Teams Adoption & Change Management Program will help employees embrace Teams, enhance teleworking capabilities, and decrease technical issues, while our Governance Readiness Workshop—unique to us—will ensure your documents and data are protected.

Manual Process Automation with RPA

Many organizations use manual processes for important CARES Act-related functions such as grant-funding approval for small businesses. Our one-day-or-less RPA Identification Workshop will find opportunities to automate routine, repeatable and rules-based activities that involve large quantities of information needing to be processed quickly, accurately and consistently.

Capabilities include automated log-in to any application, read and write to databases, content extraction from documents, PDFs, and emails, and more.

Unemployment Systems Break-fix & Modernization

With more than 43 million unemployment applications on file and millions more being processed every week, protecting unemployment systems is critical. We will use our deep and broad experience across multiple ecosystems and package implementations—from Java and .NET to Mainframe (COBAL), Open Source, Oracle, MS SQL and DB2—to perform root cause analysis and remediation for security issues, critical software, and infrastructure defects.

Services include analysis of existing systems and processes and identification and implementation of opportunities for improvement that use modern patterns, practices, and technologies—even on legacy systems.
